Hope FM is a Christian station run by Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM), broadcasting in English and Swahili. A 2019 Kenyans.co.ke frequency list places it on 93.3 FM in Nairobi. The Communications Authority of Kenya's June 2026 register shows CITAM holding its commercial FM licence, issued on 24 January 2019.

Hope FM sits under Hope Media, CITAM's media arm, which also runs Hope TV, the Hope Studios recording facility and a creative unit. Hope Media describes itself on its website as a ministry of CITAM, and the site streams the station live. The core audience is Nairobi Christians looking for gospel music, teaching and family-focused talk.

A 2023 Bizna Kenya report on CITAM's investments says Hope FM launched in 2003 and Hope TV in 2016. The stations mix Christian content with talk shows, news and current affairs for children, youth and adults. CITAM, a church with several branches across Kenya, also invests in schools, Pan Africa Christian University and hospitality, the report says. That backing gives Hope FM church support alongside advertising.

Nation's Nairobi News once reported that the signal went off air late one night and listeners heard unrelated religious content on the frequency. A government cybercrime source told the paper the frequency had been compromised. Normal broadcasting later resumed.
